Every Drop is transitioning its technical infrastructure to services owned directly by Every Drop. This policy will be updated with the final list of hosting and AI service providers before the public app launch. If you have a privacy question during this transition, contact privacy@everydrop.app.

1. Introduction

Every Drop is a feeding companion for parents and caregivers. We are committed to treating feeding, pumping, medication, equipment, and related information with care. This policy explains how Every Drop handles information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services.

2. Information you provide

You may provide account details such as your name and email address; optional baby details; feeding-session records; notes; uploaded photos or videos; medications and schedules; equipment and flange information; goals; and preferences. You may also provide information when you contact us or join a waitlist.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the service, show your feeding history and progress, create reports you choose to share, provide enabled reminders, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information or use feeding information for advertising.

4. AI-supported reflections

If you choose to generate a weekly reflection, Every Drop may send the information necessary to generate that reflection to an AI service provider. We will document the final provider and applicable safeguards before public launch. You can choose not to generate a reflection.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Every Drop, payment and subscription providers, and a lactation consultant or another recipient when you actively share a report. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users and the service.

6. Your choices

You can update many account details in the app, manage notification preferences, export available feeding data, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Children

Every Drop is designed for adult parents and caregivers. Information about a baby is optional and is used only to personalize the caregiver’s experience. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
