Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These terms are a working public draft for the Every Drop beta. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel and updated before general public launch, especially once final subscription, hosting, and support arrangements are confirmed.
1. The service
Every Drop helps parents and caregivers document feeding, pumping, bottle feeding, routines, medications, equipment, and related observations. The service is intended as a personal organization and reflection tool.
2. Not medical advice
Every Drop does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. The information and reflections shown in the service do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Contact an appropriate clinician or emergency service for urgent concerns.
3. Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for information entered through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in the information, notes, and media you add to Every Drop. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service and features you choose to use.
5. Beta availability
During beta testing, features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may update, suspend, or discontinue beta features as we improve the product. Where available, export important information regularly.
6. Feedback
If you send feedback, you allow Every Drop to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. Please do not include confidential information that you do not want us to review.
